I have been playing the HQ app since it came out. I gathered 15,000 Gas; 12,250 Comms; 15250 Food; and 10,750 Meds. I played the Gold Edition release today for about 2 hours and then decided to sync the HQ App with game. They sync'd and I was able to see my team and I on the satellite map. When I went to send the Guerrilla Game resources to the PC game 1,250 of each resource was sent to the PC game and now the Guerrilla game shows 13,750 Gas; 11,000 Comms; 14,000 Food; and 9500 Meds. It doesn't seem I am able to send the rest of the resources to the PC Game. When I try to send them it says I have no resources to send.

Is there a cool down? The FAQ doesn't talk about a cool down.
