Bought gold edition, only came with Rebellion pack, not Unidad or Santa Blanca ghost packs, which were the ones I was looking more forward to.

I chatted with support they said som,e content could take up to 24 hours to become available, including any credits purchased for the in game store. Give it a day and go from there.
