my game was capped at 20 fps completly broken ..

my system :
I7 6700HQ
GTX 1060 6Gb
Samsung NVME SSD

once i shut off off the cntroller in settings i jumped to 60 fps what brings another problem , v-sync is off but i suspect that it is enabled even it shows it is off.
I also broke my game when i enabled v-sync , i couldn't start the game and had to disable v-sync in the ini file .

It may have helped me, but it was a minor gain at best. I guess anything's helpful at this point, as my FPS has dropped significantly since the beta, and I'm not happy about it.
