No season pass and Ghost credits not applied to account? | Forums

Purchased the game on xbox and spoke to microsoft support and they assured me the season pass would download at release. We are almost 30 minutes past release and still no season pass (With bonuses) applied to account. As well, I purchased some ghost credits and the order went through but no credits were applied to my account. Is it even worth it to make a ticket at this point?

"It can take 24 hours for credits and the season pass to show up on your account". Well in the age of microtransactions I mean who doesn't want to wait 24 hours for credits to be applied to their account?
