I didn't need ps plus for the beta with other people. Will the game be the same? Will I not need ps plus to play with people?

Hey Gmoneymaster24,

While the beta did not require PS Plus in order to ensure as many players as possible could participate and provide their feedback, PS Plus will be needed to play online in the full release of the game.
