Twitch Prime Rewards On Multiple Platforms? | Forums

Hi. I'm a Twitch Prime member and claimed my For Honour loot, but it made me pick a specific platform.

However, I game both on Xbox One and PC (with the same Uplay account of course). Is there a way to get the loot on multiple platforms tied to the same Uplay account or do I have to have multiple Twitch Prime accounts for that?
