    GEAR DELETED, incompetent support team

    so my gear got deleted by ubisoft and i know for a fact nobody in my house deleted it and iknow i didnt delete it, then i ask for live chat support. after waiting over half an hour, this happens. then, after being asked for proof basically(here it is) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxg...ExcGh5VXc/view <before after> https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxg...hvTTVXSjg/view then, i get kicked form the chat waiting to see a response for "inactivity" thanks Ubisoft, $60 for For Honor was the best way to find out that I was tricked into thinking i bought a good game, which in reality was a broken game with a toxic community and useless support.

    i had a 30-50 gear points, and i logged off after a game and i logged back in a couple days later and all of my gear was gone. Dont know how else to be more direct.

    Quite sure i never heard about that problem before....

    To be honest i'm quite sure someone in your house, or someone with your account details deleted it

    ...Check if you are not locking your second gear. We got 3 slots for whole EQ.

    They most likely deleted or reset your gear because you got caught being AFK, and to that I say good job on Ubi for taking action.
