Well i got the same problem, except mine ends up with either CTD or random BSOD. Also, when playing the game for the first time each day, i can play without crashing for 1-2 hours, after which it does crash and i can't play it again the same day for more than 1-5 minutes a time. Also, creating a new campaign seems to help so my guess is whatever the devs changed in the last patch is now corrupting the save game files.
    Forget what i said here.

I'm using (or better said, used) a 16GB DDR4 2133MHz CL14 Dual Channel Kit. By trying the game with one RAM stick at a time i descovered that 1 of them had problems and kept crashing my game/giving me bsod's, while using the other stick i got x3 4h gaming sessions without a single crash. So even if the Windows Memory tool is telling you that the RAM is ok, you should just check it yourself, one stick at a time...

Same here, game freezes and crashes to desktop with only 20 to 30 minutes gameplay. There is no error code popping up too. This is the only PC game that I have so far that have issues. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game as well as deleting the previous saved game file and starting a new one.

My system checked out fine and error free.

    Running on:

    AMD FX 6300 3.8 Ghz
    Thermaltake Liquid Cooling
    MSI A58M-E33 Motherboard
    16 Gb DDR3 1600 RAM
MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11 Gb DX12 Card
    800 w PSU

Ironically I've started having this issue after going through Ubisoft technical support. They had me uninstall all my Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable versions, and reinstall some specific ones. Previously I was having some flickering textures, actually not that major but since the game wasn't a cheap I figured it should at least do what it says on the tin. Now I regret it, I could play for hours at a time before, I actually timed it this time, it was 16 minutes almost on the dot. I don't know what the game does around that point in time, but its beginning to grow old.
