Thanks for the help but it doesnt say downloads anywhere on the page. i tapped on the purchase button but it says and shows ive already purchased. i just cant seem to download.

Did you play the Beta on the account/system you're using? If you did and still have the beta installed, try deleting it before attempting to pre-load again. Let us know if that changes anything for you
