So, i've encountered this at least 4 times already, and I've only been playing the full release version for an hour now. When i go to gather Intel from docs my character pulls out his phone, but then freezes and doesn't do anything. Other times he actually takes photos and it works.

From what i remember in the Beta, when playing with another person, the Intel would spawn in different buildings for us. I think what's happening is the game is rendering all the Intel but i can only interact properly with some of them.... not sure though.

This is a little game breaking as i can't gather half the Intel required to progress certain elements of the game :/

Having this exact same issue. Pulls out the phone and just.. hangs. I posted on Ghost Recon's subreddit and got instantly downvoted for asking a bloody question.

Thought they'd help but as usefull as a sack of rotten potoates.

I'm on stable connection, decent spec machine etc and I don't know WHAT is going on..

So I had this problem until I found out that it was related to some options changes I made. Because I wanted to go on the realist side with limited to no HUD and hard difficulty. Assuming you guys did the same as me your problem may be the same as mine. Mine was the option in the HUD options where i had turned 'Notifications' off. It seems that this also turns off the the notification that tells you to press 1,2, or 3 to decide what what Intel you want. This option should always show up really, but seems like they tied it to this option. This was my problem any way. I hope this is the same you are having otherwise I can't help sorry.

I initial had turned the 'Notifications' option off, and re-enabled it but it still didn't work. It was only until i reloaded the game that it even started to work properly. The game also reset all of my Hud options, which i feel is a bit jank lol.

I was also trying to go down the more realistic style, but it seems like i can't do that with the HUD. There's to many things linked into one another, for example, you also have to have the 'Input Reminders' options on for when you kidnap someone and want to interrogate them, if you don't you wont see what options you have. Again, feels like a bit of an oversight to be honest :/.

I had this problem as well, but I just did some troubleshooting and it seems that you need to have "Notifications" shown on the HUD for the Intel-choices to come up! O.o

Good job breaking the game, Ubisoft...

I've been playing Ghost Recon Wildlands for a little while now on the full release. I'm at 91% game completion, and all I have left to do is the La Santera Buchon in the influence branch of the cartel. None of the story mission intel is showing up on the map, I've been in Espiru Santo, more than once. I believe Bowman called me, but I don't know exactly if she said she had any intel or not on La Santera. I have flown around and discovered every location in Espiru Santo. Could someone tell me how to fix this or could I have some help figuring this out. Thank you

I also have problems with some intel gathering. Seems like I never get to the manu where I can choose what kind of intel I want. The character just keeps teking pictures witht the pda, or ferrzes. Only option i to right click to get out of the intel situation.

Restarting game does nothing, but if I disable "Notifications" and reenables "Notifications, it works again.

Found this thread and flipping notifications off then on solved the problem!!!
