I'm really enjoying the innovative mechanics of the game and I would like to contribute a game mode that I think a lot of people may enjoy.
This game mode would be for 2v2 or a new 3v3 session.
Each player on the team chooses a champion, no multiple champions. At the end of the fight, each champion on each team that died can no longer be chosen and the defeated players have to pick a new champion. The team that exhausts the hero list first loses. In the event that the match boils down to a 1v3 or 1v2, the solo player's character is buffed with additional health, attack, and/or defense. I'd be happy to hear any additional suggestions for this eventuality.
XP and Steel rewards will be distributed at the end of each round, and a significantly larger reward [Dominion level or higher] will be distributed for anyone who stayed for the whole "tournament."
Lastly, I'd like to see two versions of this game mode, gear active or gear inactive. I personally prefer my duels with gear inactive, but it's nice to have something for everyone.
Thanks for reading till the end, I'd appreciate any suggestions, criticisms, or humor. See you in the field!
If we're thinking new game modes, I'd like to see something a bit larger in scale than what we currently have.
Something objective based with longer, slower paced matches, something like rush from the battlefield games, where you push through multiple stages of objectives within the same map with limited respawns and maybe even some brief use of siege weapons, elephants, and horses (not necessary, but would be really cool. Perhaps make siege weapons themselves the objectives, using them to break open a gate to unlock more of the map).
This would serve double duty as a large scale competitive game mode for objective and team oriented players, as well as a slow paced co-op mode, like Terrorist hunt for rainbow six, when played in player vs AI mode for cooperative PVE oriented players
