Obviously this will be almost impossible to do, but the gear score in matchmaking needs some kind of update/adjustment. When I'm playing a new character and I'm lvl 15, I'll constantly run into a game with high gear opponents. And running into a match with other low lvl players vs a team of 108's makes it impossible. So either I grind infinitely against bots, or I'm trapped playing my high gear character.

ye been in your situation they seriously need to fix this because I'm getting annoyed because every match ive played I'm again people who are prestige 4-5 which makes it impossible to win a game or play because I get instantly killed when spammed, ubisoft need to fix this asap because high gear people can just level up by people who are low levels and still be overpowered fix this so we can play again people are same gear and skill not again people who are prestige 4-5 with high gear

This definitely needs to be fixed in some way or form.

I didn't know what was going to happen when I grouped up with my high reputation friend with high level gear. I got destroyed. In every match we played we got placed against people who were at his level of reputation with gear equal to his reputation level. I had common gear. Nobody on the enemy team had common gear. The lowest level was a reputation three. There was nothing I could do in those matches. Attack. Killed by revenge. Assist a teammate capping a point. Grab from behind and follow with a heavy strike. Killed by revenge. I could get through their guard or put them on the defensive and push them back for about a second before revenge was triggered. I couldn't outrun them since they had the better gear. The better sprint speed. It got to a point where I just stood in the spawn or let the respawn timer countdown to zero.

There has to be a way to balance this, dominion is my favorite game mode but I cannot enjoy playing it with all of my friends.

It should queue a CHAR up, that way your win % and gs will both be factored in for the char you're gonna use. If I take ANY class but my main, I'm undergeared and outclassed by the opposition. It makes it SUPER unfun to try out new chars against anything but bots until renown 3.

You should:

1) Select Ranked vs Unranked Que
2) Select Character to Que with
3) Select Game MODE to que into.

(Enter Que).

Once it finds a game. Enter game. No more waiting around for people to select characters.


Matchmaking should be based on each HERO, not your account.

I am BRAND NEW. i just finished the campaign last night and have tried MP but i find i am getting matched up with people that are waaayy higher than me... I am being obliterated haha. I know this will cause people to say "get guud" and i am trying to do that but i think being matched against other new people would be a lot more fun for both of us as we "Get Guud"
