That is actually a bug in the game,

I had that happen to me in duels where the moment i got killed or i killed my enemy i or them would get an error and kicked from the game,

I have no clue what triggers it, but just to clarify that this case might just be unlucky

That is not a bug but people abusing the fact that the game is P2P based. You can see the connecting players adresses and simply forcekick them via your router (by blocking them) and boom you're kicked out.
