    Ubisoft - I want my money back!

    Dear Ubisoft,

    I payed 46 euro for "For Honor" game. I'm sory to say but your game is unplayable. Continuous disconnection made this title impossible to play and it does not matter if I have Nat green or Nat red. Sometiems it's even hard to connect to single player campaign. Paying so much money I require at least working game and this game does not work at all.

    Take this game from my account. I want my money back. I show you my money transfer if necessary.

    Reply from Ubisoft Support: we would not be able to process a refund for this reason.

    My reason for refund: Major -> 50% of matches end with error / freeze. Over 40% of game times I spend watching loading / connecting screen. Minor -> lags, fps drops, Shugoki bugs ...

    It is sad.

    If Ubi won't issue a refund you can always contact your bank for a charge back (this is the option I am looking at should they refuse to refund my money for a defective product)

    I'm sorry to say this but Ubisoft wont refund to any reason.

    If this was another product you would have rights that protect you from buying something that does not function properly, but you don't have those rights.
