It would be interesting to know what the plans for this game are.
Im loving it as it offers 4 player co-op and found the beta hilarious with my mates.
Im concerned it just a rehash of Ubisofts game principles... where its a few side missions, repeat, repeat.... go here, same side missions in a different area, repeat, repeat, repeat.
Ive just come onto this from playing Skyrim and although there is a element of repeating things (and its just single player).... there are so many permutations to keep you guessing. it would be interesting if side missions had story instead of just steal a helicopter here or plane there. The division briefly touched on this and given the map for GRW is massive, it would be good to introduce diversity. I want to finish this game thinking I played something better than Borderlands and not think I've just played a re-skinned Farcry.
I would prepare yourself for Ghost Recon Wildlands having a very small window of relevance.
I think it's an exceptionally average game - it doesn't do anything horrible, but it doesn't do anything majorly well either.
I do think repetitive mission and combat design will harm the game's longevity however, which is why I don't think this game will be relevant outside of it's launch window.
Some people might get 100+ hours of it, which is cool, but this isn't a game that I think will be popular 2 months from now.
I've outlined my reasons why in my impressions thread.
