Thought I'd post this as its the only confirmation I've heard to date...

During the stream I asked if ps4 pro enhancements were implemented.

The guy with the big curly hair said "yes, 1440p upscaled to 4k and hdr"

He also said the pro enhancements were active in the beta(s).

I apologize if this was already common knowledge.
