    Version 1.2 character customization glitch

When a new online/offline multiple save file is selected in the main menu, the character customization screen model mirrors behind the interactive menu after fully loaded.
When only one or no saves available, the character customization screen model is in the right place.

I got screenshots to show but cannot seem to post them here. When needed, just send me a message how to and thanks for the time.

You should submit a ticket to Ubisoft as a glitch instead of posting in the general forums.

I fixed the problem. It takes 10 seconds. First, open the Uplay app. Hit the lines at the upper left corner to go to the settings menu. When that is open deselect the "enable cloud save sync" option. Then exit out the app. Next, go to the UPLAY file location, you can do this by right clicking uplay on your desktop and hitting "open file location" or by looking for it. For me it was in this folder. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher". Look for a folder named "savegames". Click that and within the folder you will see a folder with a long series of numbers and letters (such as 2f5ac7a6-83ae-43fa-9b43-d3c4c23e1fb4). Make sure it is the correct one for wildlands by checking the date modified, and if it matches the date you created the character, delete it. (Just to prevent yourself from accidentally deleting a save file for another game). Next exit the folder and now when you open the game, it will let you create your character from the beginning again. You will have to do this every time you mess up and want to create another new character, but its a fix until Ubisoft patches it.

    Have fun!

    Also

Also, once you have a character you like exit out, go back into UPLAY and re-enable the cloud sync.
