Can't see a bug/technical issues forum for the final release, so just putting it on here?

On PS4, I Installed the game from the CD and patched up. Ran through the character customisation and began the first mission. At this point, I went into Ubisoft Club and unlocked the two weapons available for Ubi points. Then returned to the game, and hit the button for the Tacmap which opened the map of the area. However, I was then unable to do anything further within the game.

Unable to move left/right in the options, unable to exit the map. I could see that I had new items in the Loadout section but obviously couldn't access this. Ended up having to close the application and restart. Once I'd restarted the client, and back into the campaign, it worked fine.

Not sure if it was just a quirk, or something to do with redeeming the 2 items on the Ubisoft Club before opening the Tacmap for the first time?
