Is it possible to store a vehicle at your base? Those Unidad patrols has some cool 4x4's but do I have to steal them over and over again?

It is not possible to store the vehicle you have liberated from the Unidad patrols, you will need to keep on liberating those 4x4.

Perhaps worth mentioning--although you cannot steal and store vehicles, you can use your skill and resource points to upgrade the amount of support you get from the rebel faction, allowing you to ask them to bring you a certain class of vehicle (including helicopters, at the upper edge of the skill tree).
