Does Wildlands Start 9pm East Coast for digital pre orders or 12am? | Forums

I live in the west coast. I am wondering if the game starts 9pm generally for east coast because if it does, then I am assuming 6pm for us on west coast. On the xbox marketplace it tells me "You own this product. Available on 3/6/2017 9:00:00 PM so im wondering if it shows that for everybody or just west coasters. Can anybody who has pre ordered it on xbox who lives in east coast confirm? Please

The official release map says midnight EST for the Americas as a whole so that would be 9pm for west coasters.
