When I pre ordered the Gold Edition of Wildlands it said there was an early release on March 5, 2017 11pm EST for digital Gold Editions.

Is this still happening? Does anyone know?

The release date may have been in error at some point but if you look at the microsoft store it says March 7 @ 12:00am depending on what timezone you are in.

Buddy it's my first post ever in here so I'm not trolling for anything nor am I going to justify anything to you. It was a simple question.

I pre ordered the game 3 months ago along with 4 friends that I'm in a party with. They were all under the same assumption. If I go to the game now, the dates changed.

There is no early release for the mainstream players. 3/6/2017 at 9PM PST. I saw the same thing you saw and not only has it been changed but I got an email telling me

I didn't get an email. I did speak to Microsoft. They told me it was Ubisofts fault for the delay due to Season Pass issues. I contact Ubisoft, they said it was an error by Microsoft on the release date.

I bought the standard version and it still said that so it wasn't just limited to gold. I knew better though. Monday at 9pm has always been my launch window for games on digital.
