As it stands, althought I'm fortunately still not seeing it abused, throws in general are free damage windows in every situation other than 1v1.

If 2 (or more) guys are onto one, the ganked guy can simply not counter spamming. As the first keeps guardbreaking and the other keeps attacking, even as you escape the GB you are still locked in the animations and getting hit by the other dude.
Special throws work the same, especially long ones like the Shugoki's IWIN that holds the guy in animation for so long it fits 2 heavies from certain classes.

While for the specials you can avoid them entirely, but it still doesn't feel right to get extra free punishment, the GB spam is simply non-counterable if timed properly: if you dodge away to gain distance (when possible) you instead just lose the ability of canceling the GB; if you stand your ground and properly escape the GBs you are still vulnerable while doing so.

I wasn't sure to say this, as I don't want to spread the abuse, but sooner or later it will get noticed anyway so here I am.
