I have one issue I want to talk about - and hope my fellow warriors share my opinion.
I think the rewards after a match are kept too simple. 'Simple' in terms of: I almost get the same amount of XP and Steel after either winning or losing a match, and also there seems to be only a small impact of my performance. Therefore, my first suggestion:

1) The winning team should get a (higher) bonus, e.g. 50-100% extra.

The second issue is, that overall the rewards are pretty low. I'm fine with the gear, but 30 Steel or something for a match is just incredible low, especially regarding the loading and matchmaking times which sometimes take longer than the match itself. It takes ages to get enough Steel to buy a nice Outfit for ONE (!) character! I know Ubi tries to keep up the long-term incentive to play the game. But playing hundreds of matches to make one character look a bit nicer, is way too much (in R6S the weapon customization can be bought much faster...). Therefore two suggestions:

2a) Increase the overall amount of steel rewarded for a match, and add the option to win parts of outfits as a rare reward (Ornaments etc.). Also possible: Players get sometimes rewarded a double steel boost, allowing the players to earn more steel for a specific period of time.

2b) What about making the daily orders (the one's yielding 100 Steel) not time-dependent, but let the players have infinite time to complete them. In return, as soon as one player completes all of them, replace them with new ones. That would increase the pace of earning Steel and XP, with everyone having the same chance to earn it. In addition, it increases the incentives to keep playing. If there's one very hard order, the players could choose to skip this order for a cost of 100 (or more) Steel (which can easiliy be earned with the new orders then) after a minimum of trying for 48hours, as it is now during the weekdays.

What do you think?
