Game falls after entering world map? | Forums

(xbox one) my game falls after entering world map...it shows me last turn etc. and than just..crash if I want to play i have to use quick match.And if I click back to world map game just crash again...iam only one who have this problem? is there any fix? or i have to delete this game forever?
