    Fake sync shot - fix?

    Hi
I know some people already play full version of GR Wildlands.
Could you tell me if Ubi fixed this problem in the final version ??

It looks like your AI teammates do not need line of sight to make a sync shoot

Plenty of movies like this on youtube and when I played Beta it really ruined it
Would like to know the answer before buying this game

    Cheers

I think this is not a bug, its on purpose, because of the lack of AI intelligence.
The ai can be spotted as well

There is absolutely no way the AI can be spotted, if you remain hidden.

If its on purpose (to hide bad AI intelligence) or not I dont know. I do know it ruin the game when you can tag enemies with your drone and then AI will kill them through the wall or without line of sight. Doing it you can empty the whole area just waiting for another sync shot - tag enemies and repeat
I know its our choice to do it but its definitely a game exploit

I didn't use sync shot too much, but when I did, I noticed that a lot of the time, my team would tell me they lost the target, or they'd never pick up the target. I'm not sure why I had a different sync shot experience than you did.

My sync shot experiences so far, vary between the 2 extremes.

On one hand, it's "Oh wow how the hell did he manage to kill him from there!?"

    To

"Why the hell won't they acquire their target? He's just standing there in the open!"

    It's been frustrating.

There's been quite a few times in my small amount of play time where I've had to wait, and then move or readjust my entire squad's positioning just so that the AI can acquire his target.

    It's not a bug, it's a simplification.

It's designed so yo udon't have to wait 5 mins for the AI to get in a good position. Same for the AI detection. Even if the AI would be really smart, you would super annoyed if one of them would be detected and failed your stealth attempt with this. Trust me, it might be annoying and look like a bug, but UBI made a smart decision with both cases,

Yeah very smart.. How about giving us the tools to micro manage our ai and bring them into position ourselfs. If the ai is so stupid at least give me the option to order them directly if i want to use this syncshot bul****.
I´d rather have a smart ai then this feature realy.

Team micro managment like in Arma would be nice, but it would take another time box to design, develop and test. In a perfect world and perfect game, the AI would be super smart but if they decided to focus on other areas it's good they decided to fake the sync shot. Maybe in Wildlands 2 they will intorduce squad detailed orders, but for now this works pretty alright.
