    Disabling attacks for everyone?

So....right now everyone has a disable type move except the following Kensei, PK and Berserker.

Would giving these characters disable moves (Ie shield bash, headbutt, long arm etc etc) be too much and make them too powerful?

Disabling moves suck. It's an attempt to remedy the fact that the current core gameplay doesn't really work. Being able to punish people who make a mistake actively is fine, but at will disabling moves really suck. Especially those working off defence to further prompte turtling.

They're great moves in team fights.

Yeah, I may have been too Black and white with that reply. GB is fine as a disabling move, but a lot of the others that cannot be countered just lead to boring optimal mixups. Some characters I just don't want to play any longer because if you want to have the best chance of winning you simply just exploit one mixup the entire fight. Boring.

But to answer the OPs question. No I don't think all characters should have them. They should be on the characters that have a disabling play style like the valkyrie. Otherwise they'll have to redo all characters and that's just not viable. Just fix the broken ones, balance the minimal risk ones and I think it's good.

    Gb isn't a disabling move.

It's a move and it disables people. The valkyrie sweep is a move and it disables people. Both can be avoided, both are good.

the definition of disabled being that the person hit by the move cannot react for a moment.
