Remove Stamina damage when you are all out

So most classes have a means of dealing stamina damage. This is fine because it makes watching your stamina bar even more imperative however, Once you run out of stamina you should not lose stamina while grayed out because someone who has full stamina can and will keep you out of stamina and there is not much you can do since rolling isn't an option and dashing while grayed is slow enough to still get hit by most forms of stamina damage such as shugoki, warden, or conquor bashes.

I actually don't have much problem with this...I main pk with my stamina at almost 0 so I run out alot. But instead backing away like 90% of the pk do I just stay on top of my opponent and defend myself...it sends them a message. After I get my stamina back I'm going kick your ***.
