This game has taken less than a month to become almost unplayable. Shame on UBI
Has ANYONE heard ANYTHING of ANY SUBSTANCE from the devs regarding the imbalances between classes, or the P2P issues, or the OP-ness of Revenge Mode?
If I had known that Ubi was going to push out this game with so many blatant issues and then NOT correct any of them. I seriously would not have bought it. But you aren't allowed to return things on Steam once you play them; so now I'm stuck with this game that I want to get my money's worth out of... but there literally isn't ANY way to do so because its so broken.
The glaring issues:
-P2P (which between any two players you are stuck with at LEAST 110MS ping, that is if you are on the same ISP, and running the exact same unit; and none of us are. Factor in weather and location; its trash)
-Revenge mode is absolutely spammable and broken; and this coupled with stun spam from Warden, Warlord, Conqueror, Valkyrie..... It literally goes on and on and on... 8 of the classes are completely spam stun trash heroes...
-Ubi has allowed gear scores in a game that has been released WITHOUT A STRICT SETTING FOR FAIR MATCH SELECTION. (Last game I ended up in a game with two people that had 109 gear scores; I am 55)
-THERE ISNT ENOUGH TIME IN THIS DAY TO TALK ABOUT THE GLARING IMBALANCES BETWEEN CLASSES. SO JUST READ FEEDBACK AND GENERAL AND COMBAT SECTIONS HERE ON THE FORUMS AND YOULL GET THE JIST OF WHAT HAS BEEN SCREAMED AT UBI; NOT SINCE THE RELEASE; BUT ACTUALLY FOR A YEAR NOW DURING TESTING!!!!!!!! (Yes, that's right, all these complaints were the same ones we were making last June!)
-Ubi isn't communicating at all with anyone as far as I can tell; unless it has to do with cheating. (Heres a fact to this whole community; UBI IS FULL OF CRAPOLA IF THEY ARE TELLING ANYONE ANY OF THIS CHEATING WILL BE FIXED! If you are running P2P, YOU WILL HAVE CHEATING. This is why true competitive games and AAA titles don't use P2P. P2P means that they can monitor SOME code changes, but outside that, pretty much the game is open to whatever. Hence the bots being used to auto guard, and the afkers in AI Games.)
-Lastly, WHAT THE HELL COMMUNITY!!!??? I LITERALLY haven't seen or played in a community this toxic since Heroes of Newerth.... It is the absolute worst community of players I have seen in a decade, possibly ever... and I've been in some bad ones.... Its no wonder Ubi can pull this crap off and laugh at us, because I don't see a community in game who can agree on anything. I have screenshots, about 50 of them from the last DAY. ONE DAY. That I will try to put up in the forums, showing their screen names and everything; of guys just GOING OFF on each other and ruining matches; or being total Aholes after kills.
This is the most disappointed I have been in a game in at least as long as I can remember off the top of my head right now. And Ubisoft should be ashamed of themselves.
They basically took A LOT of peoples money, and ran off to a corner counting their coin while we sit here with NOTHING CLOSE to what we were promised.
I honestly think that Ubi should be sued in a classaction suit for releasing this game without it being a finished product, and as unserviceable as it is, as blatantly broken as it is, as unsafe for users who are constantly able to be monitored by hackers using 3rd party programs because of the p2p, and lastly because of how horribly and improperly monitored their community and gameplay is. But whatever. I wont be buying a product from them again FOR A VERY VERY VERY LONG TIME.
