I was waiting for this game since it has been announced.

Watching every trailer, getting hyped with every week. I played Alpha - this was my best gaming experience ever. Then the closed beta - it was great. Even open beta gave me the thrill of battle, fun and adrenalie.

So I saved a lot of money to afford this game, as it is hellishly expensive.

And I cannot lie, the first week was a great experience. The balanced entertainment, with actual skill that was everything to win a battle.

And then, the fun stopped.

For such and expensive game, matchmaking is a foqen joke. Not only you are assigned to matches in progress, the balance of the teams levels is just a joke, not reality. And forget about playing with your friend in a group - you will be kicked from 90% of matches.

But well, its ok when u hit prestige 3 and get this shiny purple gear. You can stand your ground. But what if you want to lvl up a different class? Then the Ubisoft will tell you: "F**k you in the a*se". Today, I literally had 6 matches with all gold vs all grey. And do not tell me: "You can still win this, bla bla bla". No. You can't.

With their attacks buffed and revenge builds you can't do s**t if you have grey lvl items. Maybe if you are lucky.

And remember about errors during dominion! Oh those sweet sweet times, when you are on the top of the scoreboard, fighting for 10 minutes and BANG. Error. And all of your progress is obviously gone. No exp, no steel, nothing.

This game is not fun anymore.

It is rage inducing and pathethically done.

Only duel and brawl have any sense and bring back memories of what this game could have been. But will never be.

I'm really sad that the game I thought to be the game of the decade turned out to be crap.

this is a balance issue.

Ubisoft has already stated they are looking in to revenge builds stacking. They also have stated they added more ways to track players which will better serve them in setting up matches.

I will agree with you though that this game is missing something on the meta side to keep playerse interested

If they removed the gear stats, they would keep to the very core idea of this game. But they decided to mess it up, to give people a false feeling of progres.

I was never that disappointed with the popculture product. Never.

And P2P connection will always fail, they won't make it work.

For Honor 5 will be out by the time they figure out how to make this P2P work. I understand its a new thing they are trying. But new does not make it better.

Well, soon the playerbase will reach 10k at peak hours, so maybe then they will incorporate dedicated servers XDDDDD

I would take a break then. I am a raider main, so I am used to suffering, but if you really aren't having fun I would go cool off and do something else for a while.

I'm not having problems with the core idea of the game. If the skill was the only factor that matters, this game would be a gem.

But waiting will only cause me to be waaaay back, and if I return to the game, I would be put to matches with golds only.

And for foqs sake.... I paid 1/6 of my monthly income for this game. Should I leave it after 2 weeks? This is insane.

Ouch 1/6 of your monthly income...... Well when you are expecting a game to last you. im sorry. My friends have mostly stopped playing because of gear also. We cant play anyone besides our main characters or we get wrecked. Gear levels are stupid. Gear should of been just for looks. They would of done a lot better and the cash shop would of sold more.
