that would seriously mess with a LOT of people's build.
right now its obviously better to go for very low revenge duration on gear, and max revenge gains ; get a lot of very small short revenges is the way to go atm.
your suggestion makes every player with a head on their shoulders have to re-gear/re-upgrade.
i don't see it being a positive change for the community really. especially since revenge is so easy to work around (unless you're a hyper offensive player that can't backup from a fight for 5 seconds).
*i do dislike it when someone procs revenge from my stabs bleeds (PK main atm), but hey it's part of the game/gear ; backup and reset the fight.

people will always whine about revenge because it goes against the basic mentality of (full on hyper agressive must kill rawwwr)
Good players are more tactical and it won't bother them as much.
go in 1v1 or brawl if you want perfect zero gear state xD
even if revenge gets removed entirely, something else will bother the basic players and we'll be right back at the same point.
*just my opinion ; whatever happens with revenge i'll find a way to adjust and have fun.
