Since they're supposed to get unlocked on level 0, how am I suppose to unlock them back ? Should I open a ticket to ubisoft just for this ?

I'am also missing colours. Always 2 under "Angreifer" and "Verteidiger" for every hero I have (I don't know how it is named in the english version of the game, maybe attacker and defender?). I made a support ticket a few minutes ago with screenshots... Now I will wait at least 3 weeks for an answer....
