I've had one or two lucky shots where I call it down on my position and have the enemy not run away in time, but that seems to be them purposely ignoring it?
If someone sets it up right (at close-ish range to you) and you're committed to an action (attack, etc) you're pretty screwed. All you have to do is watch, wait for your target to attack, fire, and you're pretty much guaranteed a hit unless your target is super on the ball and in a position where they can cancel their attack.

    In my experience anyway.

I'd like to commend whoever it is manning their catapults. Sniper range and accuracy with tank round velocity

The real bummer is on breaking points. Which it's best to stay together if your enemy has put you on breaking point, so if the enemy has any knights, GG. I also had an elimination match where on the last round i got instakilled, I was paired with a PK and I made my approach i saw the read circle on the ground and i was dead center.
I think that it could use a tweak like less damage more DOT. Or give the other classes final feat a significant buff.

Yeah that's pretty much it. I often was the last one of my team alive, and the 4 of opposite team was on breaking point, so together. A catapult strike, 4 kills and match won...

There is no way to accomplish it with any other faction perks. That's unbalanced
