So the game downloaded. BUt in downloads it says..... CONTENT FILE LOCKED.

If I try to open the game in either steam or uplay I get an error;

Any ideas? Steam support is useless, even if I try to submit for a refund Steam says I have played too long. On Steam it says 11hrs (lie) and in Uplay it says 16 minutes (correct).

Ive been pretty sad by how this purchase has turned out.
