After last update I am unable to launch game from Steam Big Picture mode - the only possibility I had for decent gamepad bindings on Xbox360 controller that does not mess my triggers - and now whenever I want to launch the game I just get error that application could not start EAC. What i checked by now:

  • game works normally from Uplay
  • reinstalling EAC does not solve this problem
  • re-adding steam schortcut does not fix it
  • changing forhonor.exe to eac.exe allows me to launch game, but using this exe makes steam overlay not working with it (no steam community rectangle at start of the game), so new bindings are not working


Anyone managed to bypass that/made it work after update? That is literally the only way of making your own controller bindings usable without messing your triggers - since turning off xinput does exactly that.
