    The valk is still one of the badest char to play . even with the recovery time from light attacks wich ar still not that good ( if you miss 1 light you get 90 % of the time hitted by a havy).

    If you get blocked when you trow a light the enemy get a free gb . and one of the moust ****tyest thing is if you gett PARRYed from a light you get hitted by two havyattacks from a char that cand perfome havy a bit faster . the thing is if a light attack is parryed the valk is just unresponsive for 5 secons . is not a joke you can test it . the guard change sometimes dose not work as intended . the dodges ar just useless . shoulderpin almoust never can be used . and so on

    Bottom line the valk is still one of the **** class to play in for honor . she dose not exel even at 1 mod . 1v1 2v2 4v4 . all the players who say she is op ar braindead noobs . and the ones who do something with her ar players that if they try to switch to another class ( warlord , warden , nobushi , conq ) they will finde the wins more easy then with the valk .

    so ubisoft ?. i hope you gona do something about that couse the recovery time and stance change ar pretty bad for a hybrid class that can only w8 for a parry in order to do something .

    PK may hit harder but pk don't have a shield that blocks in direction she is attacking , knockdowns , all guard stance , and leg sweep yes it's easy to dodge but is absolutely devastating if you don't she gets like what 6 hit combo on you? You have cc for people in revenge mode.

    And ya the part where someone said valkyrie is ultra fast is wrong
    If anything the list would be

    1st pk
    2nd valkyrie
    3rd orochi and berserker
    (berserker has faster lights and heavys but orochi has faster skills like top light and zone)

    So my opinion is valkyrie is not trash tier and don't need a buff

    I think she's in a fine spot. She can wreck players if they miss blocks (which is easy to do with her very fast attack speed and unpredictable style of play) and is vulnerable when you successfully defend.

    What everyone wants is for their favorite character to have all of their flaws baked out of them. That's not how balance works. Characters are not supposed to be good at everything.

    Having weaknesses in a class is good for the game. Look at classes like Warlord and Peacekeeper, who have an arsenal of safe moves - they are the overpowered ones.

    Weaknesses should be added into those classes, instead of removing the weaknesses from the working classes.

    Data will show how much weakness is good to have in the class. The devs are looking at the data and will adjust accordingly, I'm sure.

    Couple of questions:

    - When you say "free grab" do you mean free as is "valk can't get an attack in" or free as in "valk can't counter-guard-break"? The first seems fine to me, the second seems broken.
    - Are we talking about blocking the side light in close quarters, or blocking at max range? If it's safe when spaced I don't see a problem, but if it's unsafe at max range it might be worth looking at.
    - Even if it's super unsafe overall, if it's good damage then maybe it's worth keeping as it is - if it's a strong punish for leaving an opening then I don't see a problem with it being unsafe in neutral, so long as Valk does have other safe options.

    Cant counter guard break, at any distance on block.
    And valk have no safe moves, every unblockable if dodged lead to GB/Heavy.
    Its a balanced hero afterall... the other that are not are the problem.
