Can someone comment on the patch?

    Hi, xbox player.

I want to know more about what they did to parry, block, guardbreak.

Did it literally go back to beta setttings is a medium between the two.

Also - IMHO guard break as it seems pre patch and even during the beta at times seemed difficult to counter even if waiting for it and ready (even with elite paddels) for certain characters. Example - the one that seemed very difficult to counter re the super fast characters like - Orochi.

but did they mess it up with respect to parry, block, guardbreak? I want to know if it went full blown beta settings or somewhere inbetween beta and release.

    Somewhere inbetween, ignore Zuu

In Beta you could MASH Guardbreak and prevent the enemy guardbreaking you, and you would bounce off each other if you tried it at the same time.

In release it the timing was slightly too small to CGB effectively and if you both did it at around the same time usually the slower person got it.

After patch the GCB window is wider and beta bouncing effect happens more often.

Parrying the indicator doesn't flash anymore (I'm not 100% on this, sorry) but that's all afaik.
