How do i get casino rooftops and troll lair I've been playing a long time now and haven't seen anything on the wheel or the slot machine for these levels can anyone help?

It was great to read a lot of your stories of how you first discovered the game, and your first impressions and favorite things to do in the game!
We’re kicked to see the Frontier family grow and have so many of you race with us for the last 3 years!
To conclude, some of the highlights were -
• A lot of you liked the story missions
• A lot of you either played Trials HD, Evolution, or Fusion before playing Trials Frontier, or vice versa
• Completing missions is something a lot of you enjoy
• The game physics and bike mechanics were interesting when you first experienced them
• You appreciated crazy stunts / moves in the Frontier
• We must fix some bugs that came in after Update 4.8.0!
@CagBall – it’s good to know you’re still with us, after all this time! 
@justinman114 – that’s a crazy story, and it’s odd to know that some those petty thieves/hackers at least had good taste in gaming!

@xitooner – Track Central is something we’ve discussed, but at this point it might be a little difficult to execute. Nonetheless, it’s a good idea that keeps resurfacing in our discussions from time to time, so you never know when it might be in the game! Did you ever make a purchase though? I’m asking this because you do not seem to like the F2P model at all.
@DMac3221 – keep sailin’ and ridin’! We love the fact that virtual bike rides in the Frontier give you the same feeling as real ones in the back country!
@Ind-Rellik – it’s awesome to know you learned Bunny-hopping from this Forum, and got into Trials Evolution and Trials Fusion because of Trials Frontier! Also, we have a good number of tracks in the pipe, that we’re working on and will make available this year.
@PTChatKillerTFG – glad you switched to a smartphone and got the app We’ll be introducing some more stuff this year so keep playing and keep checking to see if you like any new paintjobs or costumes you may wanna pick up. Also, we’re working on the issues that came in after update 4.8.0.
@Noxamus and @flyerpktracer – keep racing guys, glad to have you here!
