Its a PK feature. She can soft cancel heavy attacks into light, gb, dash or zone.

Defiantly not a PK feature, i know what you are talking about and that more often then not actually shows animation for what she is doing (sometimes). The most frequent times you see this is with heroes with fast zone attacks. Not that, that is the only way to do it but it is the most common.

On topic - It's probably a bug and needs to go. Especially for hyper-fast Peacekeepers vs hyper-slow Lawbringers, it makes it virtually impossible to even block attacks without just outright taking a shot in the dark and hoping you get it right, because you can't possibly respond by reaction only.

Usually if someone is using this kind of fint he will do it often so you just learn which character is attacking from which side with his zone attack. That helps till they fix it.

Ive seen some really good raiders do this... they start with a light attack from the side and mid swing it just turns into a top attack (the one that blinds you) with no feint cancel "fog" or whatever.

I believe what you're referring to is raider's heavy attack soft-feinted into a stunning tap, which is a listed hero-specific ability.

What Mazo83 said is probably what it is. Its pretty powerful move they can do (not talking about the damage it does)
