New product, ONLINE keys not accepted | Forums

I tried the 2 serials with the 2 DVD's, but are not working.
I bought a 4 DVD pack (NEW, from store) (2 games).
Ghost recon Advanced warfighter (2 DVD's) have a serial that is NOT WORKING!
I tried to activate it using uplay activation, but no success.
I tried direct check in the game setup, but not even the game does not recognize the keys.
The other game, Future soldier serial, is working.
The order oin the "paper" is GRAW, GRAW 2 and after that, GRFS Online Keycode.
What is wrong?

Are you trying to play these games via backwards compatibility? If you have an issue at least tell us the platform you are using. I would imagine if you are saynig they are DvD's you are referring to PC DVD but honestly there is nothing we can do here to help you. If your codes are not working you need to contact your retailer or send a message to Ubi support if you bought them digitally. This is the GR wild lands general discussion, not technical support.
