As the servers are broken and after the last patch is much worse the issue of disconnections.

Well if you cant fix your servers at least try to apply a workaround.
It is imperative to add a time of punishment without being able to play whoever leaves a game.
But the game is so broken that I can not think how to apply it without end up punishing someone who leaves the game because he crashed.
