Anyone else getting errors trying to add tags?

I still cant add tags either but people can tag me at least.

Not sure if its the same for others but only friends on psn show up in GRN so I added an old unused xbox tag.
I still cant tag anyone & ubiclub/friends still thinks im playing on PC for some reason.

EDIT - 30 mins after adding the xbox tag ubiclub now shows my correct platform, ps4. Still cant add tags though. Someone mentioned the app worked for them so I will try that later.
