Are the stealth mechanics going to be fixed, or am I still gonna get detected from 200 miles away for missing one shot?

Thats the One Million dollar question. We are all hoping that something will change on this. All we can do is wait and see what transpires come next Tuesday.

I really Hope that the Devs have been reading our comments and taking note.

I remember a couple of times during the night where npcs would be looking for me after i had been spotted or something they would walk right past me as i was prone. So i feel like its somewhat already there just needs some tweaking.
