So i am posting here because Ubisoft support has not helped me for three weeks now except for a generic "please see this link" if i have to see that stupid "check your ports" page again I am going to rage, my ports are open, my NAT is open and my internet speeds are good the problem is that the region match making process is broken or not accepting South Africa as a region and its being ignored because no matter what i try to do i can never ever find a game all it ever does is search and search and search and then you are given the matchmaking error, the only mode i can play is Duel VS AI so i feel like i have wasted R1000 (this is not cheap in South Africa) on a game that i can't play at all, No other game i own has this issue none what so ever so i don't know what the hell is going on.

I even got a friend to help me test where we both went into Duel 1v1 (as it said low activity and we should theoretically find each other) and we started the search to only get nothing, absolutely nothing it just kept searching which proves that the region match making for South Africa is not working, i would say please add us to the Europe region (like every other MP game in existence) but i feel like Ubisoft wont even read or reply to this message which is really sad.

So if anyone out there can help or has some idea of what to do it would be greatly appreciated, i'm not ready to give up on this game i think its amazing and all i want to do is be able to play it.

[PC] I have exactly the same issue.

Great game! Wish I could play. 4 days of championship status and I have spent 7 hours just searching for games only to have it boot me out of MM with an error.
SERIOUSLY??? One duel and half a Dominion match(host left after being killed) is hardly what I call value for money.

--> 2 days later... still not one game. There goes any point in giving me championship status. (NAT is green and no other programs are running)

I did some testing with a buddy from UK and it is definitely and issue with the region match making system, what i did was i first joined him and he would look for a game and find it no problem, but when i leave the group and try to find a game on my own its a constant search with a match making error at the end of it. So it is an issue on Ubisofts side they need to add South Africa to the European region and then i think we should be ok but i doubt they will even listen.
