hi all, I had been receiving this prompt for ALL of the duels that I had played yesterday on 1/3/2017 GMT+8 . no matter how many times I restart the game, I would still receive nothing even if I did a restart of my game as well as my PC.This prompt even continued today ,2/3/2017 the same occurred. It is not only rewards such as loot and exp were not received, but also the percentage of wins and losses do not add up to the matches that I played . Is there anyone experiencing this issue?
Hi DailyCut - I haven't run across anybody else with this error message yet so unfortunately I don't have any solutions for you. I'd suggest going to support to open a ticket as they will be able to help you out much more than I can.
Hello UbiNoty, thank you for your prompt reply! I shall do so if the problem persists. Previously on Dominion and Skirmish, I always gotten this prompt, and rewards are automatically given after the next match. However, this is the first time (for duel mode) I am receiving this prompt and nothing has been added.

The fact that you can sit there and deny a well known issue in earnest and then proceed to tack on the tacky auto reply support reply, shows once again that you guys there at Ubisoft, really have know clue how to handle your bad implementations. Yes. Exactly! this is not the first time that happened to me, when you fought so hard on the battlefield,and just before the round ends (be it dominion or duel), you get a prompt for unknown errorI had experienced rewards not awarded immediately after a match, however when the next match ends, it is being awarded automatically. However, just yesterday, I got the "servers taking a long time to respond" so I went ahead with other matches (duel) to try my luck to see if the rewards are being added up in the following matches, however , about 4-5 matches went by, and I gotten the same prompt. so I went ahead and restarted the game and gotten the exact same prompt even after that match. Went ahead to restart my PC and the same thing even happened today.

i was in dominion PVP earlier on, I got dropped multiple times. Furthermore, during the heat of the battle, the game had to "recover gameplay state" . In just 5-8 minutes of gameplay, I had to synchronize multiple times, making it unplayable. Planned my game day today, seems like it is not happening. Wanted to try story mode since the multiplayer mode is in the gutters, however like what Zv1k0 mentioned, his achievements and progress were not saved.
decided to give it one last shot for the day and this happened.
