    Warden Guard Issue

    Hey all, so I'm sure several people have heard my previous rant about the warden. But in recent matches I think I have found the problem that has made the warden less then desireable to play. It appears that there is a bug with the guard state of the warden where he is unable to keep up with the attacks of other characters. When under fast attack the warden enters a state where his guard is dropped completely and even when the stick is in the right direction to block an attack, his guard will not come up. Please look into and Fix this Ubisoft! Your Micro-transactions are on the line!

    Thank F'ing god, i thought i would go insane. So there are other ppls noticing this to. So many times where my thumb is holding left, get an attack left and it goes straight thru, happens alot vs valkyrie, nobushi and PK. I don't get the issue vs slow enemies or Orochi cuz he doesn't attack as quick in a pattern as the other 3.

    I'm glad I'm not the only one who has noticed this and it seems that there a re quite a few people that are complaining about it now! Thank god I'm not the only one!

    if this is happening during 4v4 matches, it's very likely the other guy is just stacking their "damage on block" stat.

    if this is happening in duels, then please specify one of the following:
    1)your guard is CLEARLY in the right direction and your character model is actually blocking when the attack hits
    LAG. nothing else makes sense.

    2)you press the guard in the proper direction but it doesn't get there in time.
    different classes change guard stances at different speeds, so you may have just hit the direction a bit late and your character didn't have time to transition.

    This issue has only come up for me within the last three days it seems. And that is the only reason why I have decided to hop on the forms and ask about this. Prior to that I was having Literally no problems with the warden. in answer to that, Latency issues have never been a problem for me. Even if the opponent was having bad connectivity issues, I felt like if his internet sucked, then I was going to win. (Really that's how the game should be. Want to game? Get a good connection)

    Second to that, If the guard times have been changed they need to be edited/fixed as the warden is no longer capable of competing with the most used characters of the game (And ones that are rather looked down upon.) (AKA Conqueror, Kensie, Orochi and Valkyrie )

    I think It would also be fair to say that Guarding should rely 100% on the skill of the player. Otherwise whats the point of having a guard mechanic if the character can't keep up with the skill of the player? Its the whole premise of fighting! if he is better then you he should be better then you!

    Isn't that what certain clases such as the peacekeeper have guards that can only stay up for a limited time? To limit Characters with fast attacks that are difficult to keep up with?
