    Prices of Premium Vendor items

    Hello,

I have always been against micro-transaction, in any form, in any game.
I find that they devaluate the value of the base game.
But, if the prices are low enought, i can live with them. I'll never spend any penny, but if others can find some kind of happiness with this, why not.

Then, yesterday, when i checked out the price of the items in the Premium Vendor, i couldn't believe it...
One Cloth Bundle cost more than 1000 Premium Credits. That's more than 10€. Just about the price of Last Stand.

    This is completly ridiculous.
I know the drill, "vote with your wallet', "it is cosmetic, it does not impact you, leave us alone"...

But with this in front of me, i can't stay silent.

More than 10€ for a skin for your characters. More if you buy it item by item.
That's the price of the entire DLC !
8€ for an Emote. It's beyound ridiculous.

And even worse : skins packs in the Ubisoft Shop (that i already considered to be a steal), contains 4 skins each and cost less than 5€.
A few skins for 5€ Vs one skin for 10+€ ! What ?

Seriously ? Have we arrived to this point in the game industry ?
A character skin costing the same price as a DLC ?

Please people. Do not buy anything in the Premium Shop. Prouve that you care about your money and the value of games.

P.S. : if you really, really want to throw a few $/£/€ to Ubisoft & Massive because your really enjoyed the game and the investment of the developpers, here is a way that will really benefit the game and the industry in a whole : wait for the game to be on discount and buy an other copy. That you can give to a friend, or the next person you cross in the street.

It will be about the same price, and will have infinitely more value. A full game vs a skin.
Be smart, make the right choice...

I totally agree, i was hoping i could spend my 170 premium credits on something(which later became 340) and i realized that there was pretty much nothing for that.. the Prices are way too high. Honestly, i would spend 5-15 euros from time to time on some cosmetics to change the appearance of my character, but 8 euros for an emote? 3+ euros for a simple skin? No thanks.

Well I'd spend a few bucks here and there, but not atm, the prices are insane. € 5 should get you a full clothing set imo, with € 1 per piece. Sure it seems little, but in the long run, many small amounts make one big pile.

I bought the Marine Forces outfit pack when it first came out. $5 for 4 outfits was pretty good. But I had a feeling they were going to drastically raise the prices, and I just don't see myself supporting this game much longer in any way.

Well you don't have to buy them. In my entire gaming history I have one bought DLC for one game beyond the initial first purchase.

I love collecting cosmetic / vanity stuff in games and have purchased all TD clothing DLC available through Steam. To be honest, I didn't mind the initial idea of micro-transactions for camos and outfits and thought that I may as well collect-them-all, so to speak... but I was really surprised looking at the prices... it's absolutely ridiculous.

If they plan on churning our new cosmetics every week (or month), they should price it such that you can get every piece of camo / clothing for around USD 10 to 15 per month. It works out to be an affordable monthly fee for those who want to collect these items and gives others a very fair price for a few pieces of their choice.

The way it currently stands, I'm definitely not going to go for anything on the premium shop as it doesn't justify the cost at all. There are quite a few posts regarding this topic on Reddit as well, .

Agreed, but some of us would like to buy them to get some cosmetic variety and support Massive at the same time (I really do love the game!) but we would not want to feel ripped-off, which is what the current prices are geared towards.

you see thats where the issue is. If we dont buy them the games not supported and will die off. But at these prices people will rather that than be totally ripped off
