Thanks for the report! The team is aware of an issue with track upload and investigations into the issue are ongoing.

I tryed differents hours (FR).....I tryed with another internet connection......I tryed to delete the game+season pass+dlc and redownload....I tryed to reinitialised the xbox one....I called my supplier of acces internet during 30min just for say "no problem with your connection".....That beginned since twenty days+/-......Sorry,if my english is approximate,but my translator invent new languages and i cant upload it here....
