    Inventory space

I've recently hit rep 3 (and am now starting to get the purple tier of gear), and I'm sitting at 40/60 spaces already, and I know for a fact that I don't have all of the appearance options available at lower tiers.

My methodology thus far has been to keep one item of each appearance, selecting the ones with best stats and dismantling duplicates. I'm doing it this way because I want to make sure I have all of the appearance options available to me when I go about trying to put together a look for my hero.

My question for you all (and any ubi reps who may be reading) is this: am I going to run into space limits? How many different appearance items are there for each hero (does it differ per hero? I'm playing Nobushi for the most part), and if there are more different looks than it's possible to hold on to, how are we intended to manage our inventory space within the limits provided?

Just get rid of your lower tier gear, unless you're really into its fashion and you're playing 2v2s and 1v1s. Why? Because you can't change the look of, let's say, a purple tier piece of armor from a grey tier one. It's tier dependant.
Stick to whatever suits your tastes and change it's look if possible.

Some folks are reporting that they are maxing out their inventory with just purple gear (no duplicates), for the sake of having all appearance options. Seems a little broken, no?

Yeah, that's exactly it. I keep the lower-tier stuff because I reserve one of my loadouts for duel/brawl (where gear stats are off). I've gotten some rares with the same appearance as the common gear, and when that happens I get rid of the grey stuff with the same appearance (so I'm only keeping one version of everything).

Given that there's no reference or ability to see what the higher-end gearsets look like, I want to keep my appearance options open in case I end up wanting to use, say, a common rarity guard to complement the appearance of a purple-exclusive blade. Especially given that, from what I've heard, the style of the gear changes significantly from a sort of worn-down heavily used armor sensibility of the common-tier gear to a more ornate/ornamented style on the rare gear, I feel like I could very well end up wanting to use appearance options from lower-tiers even once I've gotten higher-tier gear.

I can't speak for other classes, but aside from weapons and a couple of minor palette swaps (white skull becoming gold, for example) all of the purple gear looks identical to previous tiers for my raider. I think there are maybe 4 chest, 5 shoulder, and 4 helm (6 or 7 is you count minor colour tweaks) designs total across all tiers, so stock piling all your armour shouldn't be that hard, assuming its the same for all champs.

Your weapon is where things will become an issue. There weren't many shafts (and they were all pretty similar anyway) but there were at least 10 axe heads and around the same in pommels.

That said, you should still come in under the 60 cap, you'll just have to make sure you salvage stuff when you get it.

My inventory is 50/60 filled with good looking gears i want to keep. All on heroic quality.

Having more Inventory Space (Or even better: having the looks of gear found so far saved on your account) is a must for me, as is still want to have some Items I cant really get without dismissing stuff I like...
