Seeing as I'm prompted with all the tutoral etc like the game is new. If you're having trouble that's what you have to do to get it fixed.
    What do you mean by hard game reset, because I deleted my game including everything I had installed all the dlc. and rebooted my console and then reinstalled everything and still it didnt work.

    Guess what? That's right, still no support from Massive OR Ubisoft "support". Can't play Last Stand and don't have the credits.

    They have my money though so at least that's good....yeh?

    The support cuts off the connection between the server and your profile, it's as if you just bought the game and you were playing for the first time at the division, it's to force the update unfortunately it did not work with me

    Resolved?

    Does anyone know if this has been fixed because I'm still getting the "Offline" message in the BOO? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a number of times and a couple of different ways but still no change.

    I'm not super upset because I don't PvP but it would still be nice to get it eventually. I submitted a ticket a while ago but haven't had a reply yet.

    Try bumping your ticket and ask for an update. I'm sure they are working on getting to you as soon as possible.

    Resolved (for me at least)

    Finally able to access The Last Stand.

    Not sure what they did but my Premium Credit issue was fixed too. Cheers for all the tips and suggestions and thanks to Gabe for persisting whilst under fire!
