    Once again, I Have removed the game and all addons and cleared all cache. Reinstalled the game then reinstalled ls dlc, still get offline purchase dlc to play last stand message and when I go into the store it tells me it's already installed. I have check in manage game and it shows it being installed. This is getting really damn irritating that only one reply to this thread from a ubisoft employee, but if you go over to the premium vendor threads for the bug on xbox, you can see they are all over that issue because it revolves in them getting paid in real money. This is really starting to turn out to be horse ****.

    I just wanted to let everyone know who's following this, Mattshotcha replied to me on twitter saying an update will be coming soon. So now we just have to let them do their job and get us a fix. Thanks Matt for all your hard work and putting up with us. You're the best.

    I downloaded the new update yesterday morning. Xbox one servers were offline until 12 (noon) EST. I returned home from work later that night and launched the game. I went to the hub which was saying that I did not have the "Last Stand" DLC. Since I had the season pass, I went to the Xbox store, searched for "Last Stand" Selected it, and it said that I already owned it and gave me the download option. I downloaded it within seconds. Went back to the game, and immediately had access to the last stand just like all other DLC before it.

    Thank you Massive for making this awesomely fluid and easy!

    I have literally tried every thing mentioned and still can't get it to work. And I also spent an hour speaking with Microsoft support. Maybe I'll be able to get in sometime before 1.7...

    I have the same issue with my game, but I wonder if any of you guys experience the freezing of the game. I am getting kicked out every day I play sometimes more than once. I am curious is this have some sort of connection to that bug.

    It seems to be happening to peeople who downloaded the update and installed the DLC during the maintenance period.

    All I got to say is that if we don't get a fix soon that will be the icing on the cake for me not to buy another ubisoft product.

    Yeah that's when I downloaded mine. And I'm right there with you. It's obviously going to be at least 48 hours without a fix. That is extremely UNACCEPTABLE. I'm stuck playing by myself. Because I don't want to punish my friends just because it won't let me play what I've paid for.

    i installed mine after the maintance and still haveing the same promblem i am an avid ubi fan own many games but they keep haveing more and more promblems with games and it is like they have quit careing for the gamers and now just care about their own pockets

    How to Resolve this !!

    Hi I got in touch with the xbox live service..

    Unfortunately they do not have the hands on the content in game. So I contacted ubisoft support of my country (france).
    After an hour of dialogue with the support we found the problem is a bug after download, it's happened more often on PS4 apparently.

    Just when your connection drop / unstable and the download of the update will be corrupted. Therefore, refresh the database of the division you must uninstall the game and reinstall it

    Don't play before the end of the download ! (Even if the console tell you "you can play after 50%")

    Turn off your console completely after the game is uninstalled (By olding xbox console button 10 seconds)
    Turn on If you see a green screen with the xbox logo everything is good you can reinstall the division (do not start the game)

    1: After the download of the division install the Season Pass First
    2: Install the packs ( install them one by one) without launching the game!
    3: Launch the game and login with your profil and go to the hub agents


    I know it's complicated to uninstall and reinstall the game but the update is really fun so if you have the courage and the connection..
    DO IT !
